WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator Thom Tillis and his colleagues recently introduced the Emergency Resupply for Iron Dome Act of 2023, a bill to require the Executive Branch to transfer the U.S. foreign assistance that the U.S. Department of State plans to send to Hamas-controlled Gaza and redirect it to resupply Israel’s highly-effective missile defense interceptors. 

“Israel has a right to defend itself against the barbaric attacks of Hamas terrorists operating in Gaza,” said Senator Tillis. “The United States must stand with our ally Israel and ensure their life-saving Iron Dome technology is resupplied to protect innocent Israelis.”
