WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) recently co-sponsored the bipartisan Reviving the Economy Sustainably Towards a Recovery in Twenty-twenty (RESTART) Act, legislation that would support the small and mid-sized businesses most affected by COVID-19.
