After today’s hearing, Senator Tillis issued the following statement:
“The ‘Marines United’ website scandal is an absolute disgrace, and all perpetrators must be punished to the fullest extent of the law. After hearing from General Neller today, I have confidence that the Marine Corps will take swift and appropriate action to seek justice for those who have been victimized. It’s important to stress that the reprehensible conduct of some is not a reflection of the vast majority of Marines who serve and defend our nation with honor and distinction.”
