WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) met with Jordanian Ambassador to the United States Alia Bouran to discuss developments in the Middle East and the partnership between the two nations.

“I greatly appreciated meeting with Ambassador Bouran to discuss U.S.-Jordanian relations and opportunities to promote peace and stability in the Middle East,” said Senator Tillis. “Jordan has long been one of America’s strongest allies in the region, and we must continue to work together to end ISIS’ campaign of terror and prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.”
