Yesterday, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) spoke on the Senate floor about the need to repeal and replace Obamacare ahead of today’s vote on the Restoring Americans' Health Care Freedom Reconciliation Act. Senator Tillis highlighted the failed promises of the Obama Administration and shared examples of Obamacare’s negative effects on North Carolinians and Americans across the country.
 
“Last year I promised the citizens of North Carolina that if I were elected I would do everything I could to repeal and replace Obamacare, and this upcoming vote is fulfilling that promise,” said Senator Tillis. “Along with every other Senator, I have received numerous calls and letters from constituents informing me how Obamacare has caused them immeasurable financial and emotional hardship, and I am happy we have the opportunity to end this failed law so we can begin to provide the healthcare Americans deserve.”
